Boot Camp Fitness Classes Can Be Fun For All Ages

One of the questions I get a lot about my boot camp for women is am I too old for your program? Although the majority of my clients tend to be in their twenties and thirties it is not uncommon to see people over 40 attending my fitness boot camp workouts.
