There is no excuse for not exercising. A simple workout for women who are constantly on the go can be as simple as some shadow boxing in your office during working hours. It only takes a few minutes to do some shadow boxing but this can be done a few times a day and it will stimulate blood flow and increase your heart rate. (more…)

A personal trainer can give you the detailed instruction you wouldn’t get with your membership from a gym. The other day I was unpacking my equipment getting ready to begin teaching my cardio kickboxing workout for women class. One of my students approach me and asked me if she should lay off using resistance bands as part of her workout. Surprised at the question I asked her why she wanted to ease off on a piece of equipment that gave her fatastic results? She told me her arms were getting bigger and she was starting to bulge out of her shirts. I couldn’t help but laugh since she is one of the most petite women in the class. She added she did not want “man arms”. I explained to her that this was not possible and is a myth. (more…)

Sorry everyone for not keeping up with my regular posting. I’ve been very busy teaching classes as well as putting the finishing touches on the Quick Fit Female website. All the videos have been uploaded to the server. The promo video should be available online soon and I will let you know when that is ready. Things have been really exciting around here and we are hoping to go live in May. We are still working on the content to make sure everything is going to look good.
In the meantime, if you are still not getting off the couch then what are you waiting for? There is still time to hit the gym before the summer months arrive! So get off your butt and get to it!
Keep visiting and I should have another interesting post in a few days.
