Boot Camp Fitness Classes Can Be Fun For All Ages
One of the questions I get a lot about my boot camp for women is am I too old for your program? Although the majority of my clients tend to be in their twenties and thirties it is not uncommon to see people over 40 attending my fitness boot camp workouts. In fact, many of them out work their younger counterparts in class.
My only suggestion to anyone over 40 is to get clearance from your doctor if you have been sedentary and away from exercise for a while. Once you have your doctor’s okay then take the plunge by joining a fitness boot camp. Weight loss, fun, and making new friends are just some of the benefits of the program no matter what age you are.
I recently read a great article in the The Atlanta Journal-Constitution about a 47 year old woman who shares her fitness boot camp experience after initial reservations. So if she can overcome her fears then you can as well.
