Sorry everyone for not keeping up with my regular posting. I’ve been very busy teaching classes as well as putting the finishing touches on the Quick Fit Female website. All the videos have been uploaded to the server. The promo video should be available online soon and I will let you know when that is ready. Things have been really exciting around here and we are hoping to go live in May. We are still working on the content to make sure everything is going to look good.

In the meantime, if you are still not getting off the couch then what are you waiting for? There is still time to hit the gym before the summer months arrive! So get off your butt and get to it!

Often the words recess or phys. ed brings back memories of fun, freedom, and the carefree nature of being a kid. For many it was a time when we were active out of necessity as opposed to exercising because we had too. We often reminisce and wish we can re-live some of those games and moments from our childhood. Remember dodge ball or tag…silly games we used to love or dread? I remember delightfully dodging those balls as they sailed past me and of course the agony of defeat of being sent flying through the air after taking a direct hit the back.
