Why Exercise for Women is Important

Women more so than men, go through more changes in their lives where the body is concerned. The metabolism slows down as they get older. Their bodies have endured childbearing years and they usually have little time for toning the body. They cook, clean, and never seem to have any energy left for much else. If a woman works to help support the family, she just has no time for exercise. This is why exercise for women is so important. Their bodies need help to stay healthy. (more…)
