Strange Routines

 

Many years ago, people used to think that people that got out of bed and were unmotivated, needed to get the circulation flowing and they stood on their heads. Although this was a strange way to start the day, sometimes it worked. The blood flow to the brain seemed to wake the person up and give them more energy.
