The total body workout for women is similar to what men do, but they work different parts of the body. You can choose to do a total body workout or an upper or lower body workout. You might choose to do an upper body workout in the morning a d lower body workout at night. Each workout routine can be designed for each individual person. If you are not interested in doing stomach crunches, then maybe you might want to do something else that helps flatten the stomach. Strange Routines
Many years ago, people used to think that people that got out of bed and were unmotivated, needed to get the circulation flowing and they stood on their heads. Although this was a strange way to start the day, sometimes it worked. The blood flow to the brain seemed to wake the person up and give them more energy.
