Many women concentrate on cardio for women, but the pounds seem to take forever to come off. When you add weight training to the mix, the weight comes off faster. Although a cardio workout is better for you, the mixture of weight training and cardio is the best for losing weight quicker. You will see the pounds fade away and the muscles will become stronger and firmer. This is important for all women. You want a body that is healthy and strong.

Cardio workouts are also good for building bone density. The cardio workout for women gets the blood flowing and can also help keep the body healthy and prevent heart disease. You should always include strength training when you do a cardio workout. You can use a stair climbing machines, jump rope or do aerobics for a cardio workout. However, you need to add some weight training as well.

 

Long-term cardio for women routines should start out slow. You want to get your heart rate going, but it should stay between forty and sixty percent of your maximum rate. The cardio workout should last for about forty minutes, but can go a little longer. Start out slow and gradually add time every day. Before the cardio workout, you need to warm up and strength so that you do not strain the body.

 

Because you can become bored with the routine if you keep doing it every day, you should mix it up. One day, you could do a routine and the next day do a different routine that still works the same parts of the body. You want to plan a routine that you will not get discouraged when doing it. if you are planning to lose weight, you want to do a routine that may include a cardio workout one day and a weight lifting routine the next day.  

Eat healthy and exercise so that you can keep your health. You want to make sure that you do not eat unhealthy foods as well. Eat the proper foods and do cardio for women that will benefit you.
