For women, working out can mean good and bad things. Most women do not enjoy working out, but some do. It’s kind of a double-sided coin. Women should understand that it takes focus to make a workout successful. You’ve heard a lot of talk about commitment and motivation, and all of that is needed too, but focus is also needed. How many times have you gotten uninterested in your workout and just abandoned it completely? Oh yeah, you know it has happened to you more than once. It’s like an A.D.D trigger that gets triggered very easily. You have to be able to focus on your workout and know that when it’s time to workout, it’s time to workout, not go shopping.

You have to be excited about your workout if you want it to be successful, why? Because if you aren’t excited about, then the chances of you keeping up with it are almost nonexistent.
